- Accuracy, completeness, and suitability are not guaranteed.
- Pixizen does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
2.3 Service Modifications
Zenbitx LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, functionalities, or the entire Service at any time to maintain system integrity or deploy updates.
3. User Eligibility
3.1 Age & Capacity
To access Pixizen, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 confirm they have obtained legal parental or guardian consent.
3.3 Business & Enterprise Use
If using Pixizen on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. All activities under such accounts are deemed authorized by said entity.
3.4 Restricted Users
Access is prohibited for users previously terminated for violations, those in restricted jurisdictions, or those intending to use the platform for harmful/illegal activities.
4. Account Responsibility
Users maintain sole responsibility for:
- Providing and maintaining accurate account data.
- Safeguarding cryptographic keys or login credentials.
- All activities, prompts, and content generated under their account.
Zenbitx LLC is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence or credential compromise.
5. Compliance with Policies
Use of Pixizen is governed by a unified legal framework including:

- AI Usage Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Refund Policy
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access immediately if these Terms are violated, platform security is threatened, or the service is utilized for prohibited activities as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the designated jurisdiction of New Mexico.
