1. Objective & Application
The AUP ensures that Pixizen services are used lawfully and ethically, shielding our systems from misuse while maintaining compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and international legal requirements. This applies to all individuals, organizations, and contractors accessing Pixizen via Web, API, or third-party integrations.
3. Prohibited Actions
3.1 Illegal & Harmful Use
- Fraud, harassment, or defamation.
- Phishing, spamming, or disinformation.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or violent content generation.
3.2 Technical Abuse
- Reverse engineering AI model weights.
- Extracting algorithms or proprietary datasets.
- Bypassing licensing or auth controls.
3.4 Data Abuse: Scraping, exfiltrating, or exposing PII of other users without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Compliance Oversight
Pixizen actively monitors usage patterns to detect abuse. We maintain detailed audit trails and logs for enforcement and legal compliance. If you suspect a violation, please report it immediately:

6. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate action at Zenbitx LLC's discretion, including:

- Liability: Users remain fully liable for any damages caused by misuse.
7. Legal Alignment
