3. Verification & Response Timelines
All requests require identity verification to protect user data. Response times are as follows:
- GDPR: Within 30 days (extendable by 2 months for complex cases).
- CCPA: Within 45 days.
5. Secure Processing & Deletion
Verified deletion requests are executed across all systems, including local servers, AWS infrastructure, backups, and AI datasets (unless legally exempt).
Encryption: Submissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is restricted to authorized privacy personnel only.
