4. Purpose of Processing

5. AI Training & Data Usage Disclosure (Opt-In Required)

Pixizen uses artificial intelligence models to generate content and visual outputs.

AI-Specific Clause (Critical Disclosure): Pixizen may use anonymized and consent-based user data to train, refine, and improve AI models. Users retain the right to opt-out of such training at any time.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
