1. Platform Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Pixizen Platform—including software, source code, architecture, neural algorithms, AI models, UI designs, and proprietary technologies—are the exclusive property of Zenbitx LLC or its licensors.
No rights are granted to users except as expressly provided under these Terms. Access to the platform does not constitute a sale of the underlying software or intelligence systems.
2. User Input Ownership
Users retain all ownership rights to the content, data, prompts, images, and files submitted to the platform (“User Inputs”).
Service License Grant
By using the Services, you grant Zenbitx LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process User Inputs solely for:
- Operating and delivering the Services.
- Generating AI outputs at your specific request.
- Maintaining system security and reliability.
- Refining AI models only where explicit cryptographic consent is logged.
AI-Generated Output Ownership
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Pixizen assigns to the user all rights, title, and interest it may have, if any, in the AI-generated outputs produced specifically for that user.
Exclusivity Disclaimer: Users acknowledge that due to the nature of neural networks, AI Outputs may be similar to those generated for others. Zenbitx LLC does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or non-infringement of any specific output.
4. Restrictions
To protect the integrity of our intellectual property, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or extract Pixizen’s model weights, logic, or system architecture.
- Competitive Training: Using Pixizen outputs to train or refine competing machine learning models.
- Branding Alteration: Removing proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding from the platform interface.
5. Feedback & Rights
Any feedback or suggestions provided regarding Pixizen may be used by Zenbitx LLC without restriction or compensation. All rights not expressly granted within these Terms are reserved by Zenbitx LLC.
Legal Note: Nothing in this section shall be construed as a transfer of ownership of Pixizen’s proprietary AI models or platform infrastructure.
