This policy governs payment, subscription, invoicing, and financial interactions within the Pixizen ecosystem. By activating a subscription, you agree to the following fiscal terms.

Pixizen provides tiered access to its AI SaaS platform. Current structures include:

• Free Trial: Evaluation access with restricted features.
• Standard Tiers: Monthly or annual billing cycles.
• Enterprise: Bespoke plans negotiated for high-volume requirements.

Each plan is defined by specific pricing, feature sets, and computational usage limits (storage, requests, or compute hours).

Taxation: Applicable local, federal, and international taxes are added to invoices based on your jurisdiction.

Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly governed by our standalone Refund Policy. Partial usage refunds are generally not provided unless mandated by local consumer law or explicitly approved by management.

Upgrades: Take effect immediately with pro-rata billing.

Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel at any time via Account Settings. Access persists until the end of the current paid period. Billing data is handled in strict accordance with GDPR and CCPA mandates, ensuring only necessary data for invoicing is retained.

• Price Changes: 30 days' notice will be provided prior to any rate adjustments.
• Dispute Resolution: Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days. Disputes are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
• Encryption: Pixizen does not store raw credit card data on its internal servers. All financial transmissions are encrypted via secure SSL/TLS channels.
