User Responsibility
While Pixizen provides advanced AI tools, the ultimate control and responsibility for the utilization of these tools rest with the user. This policy outlines the mandatory obligations of every Pixizen account holder.
1. The Human-in-the-Loop Obligation
Pixizen outputs are assistive drafts, not final authoritative works. Users are strictly responsible for:
- Critical Review: Examining all outputs for factual accuracy and relevance.
- Correction: Identifying and rectifying hallucinations or visual inconsistencies.
- Validation: Performing independent verification before any commercial or professional application.
3. Legal Compliance & High-Stakes Use
Users must ensure their use of Pixizen does not violate global intellectual property or data protection laws. Reliance on Pixizen for the following is strictly prohibited:
- Legal Advice
- Medical Decisions
- Financial/Investment Strategy
- Safety-Critical Applications
5. Input Integrity & Warranties
By submitting content to Pixizen, you represent and warrant that you possess the lawful rights to all inputs. You must not submit unauthorized personal data, sensitive government identifiers, or content that infringes upon third-party rights.
7. Risk Assumption & Training Participation
The use of AI is an inherent risk-assumption activity. If you opt-in to AI training, you confirm that your data is shareable and free of restricted information. Note that opting out does not retroactively purge data already processed into trained model weights.
9. Account Security
You are the sole custodian of your account credentials. Zenbitx LLC is not liable for data breaches or unauthorized AI generations resulting from user-side credential negligence.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenbitx LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from misuse of AI outputs, violation of third-party rights, or any breach of these governance standards.
