At Pixizen, protecting children’s privacy is a top priority. This Policy explains how we handle data related to children and ensures compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (children’s data under GDPR).

The purpose of this Policy is to protect personal information of children under 13 and ensure Pixizen services are not directed at them. To maintain this standard:

• Age Restriction: Pixizen does not permit users under 13 years of age.
• Verification: Users are required to provide their date of birth upon account creation.
• Termination: If we learn that a user is under 13, their account is immediately terminated and all data deleted.

Pixizen does not knowingly collect personal information (name, email, phone, location, or identifiable data) from children under 13. Furthermore:

• If any data from children is inadvertently collected, it is immediately deleted.
• Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from using Pixizen AI services.
• No AI training, dataset collection, or model refinement will intentionally use data from children under 13.

Consent: Since Pixizen does not serve children under 13, no parental consent mechanism is required. In the event that parental consent is inadvertently necessary, it will be obtained prior to any data collection.

Third-Parties: All sub-processors (e.g., AWS) comply with COPPA and GDPR-K. Analytics and service providers do not process data from users under 13.
